Cette mesure est une premi\u00e8re mondiale!<\/p><p>De quoi parle-t-on? Selon les toutes derni\u00e8res estimations de l\u2019ADEME (Agence de la transition \u00e9cologique) la valeur marchande des invendus non-alimentaires en France en 2019 est \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 4 Milliards d\u2019euros (dont 1,6 milliard pour le secteur des v\u00eatements et chaussures). 7% de ces invendus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truits, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 300 millions d\u2019\u20ac de produits neufs jet\u00e9s \u00e0 la poubelle !<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif de la loi est de mettre un terme \u00e0 ce gaspillage honteux en obligeant producteurs, importateurs et distributeurs \u00e0 r\u00e9employer, r\u00e9utiliser ou recycler les invendus, avec un accent mis sur le don en faveur des associations de lutte contre la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et les structures de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire telles que Dons Solidaires, l&rsquo;Agence du Don en Nature ou Emma\u00fcs.\u00a0<\/p><p>Que pensez-vous de cette mesure (known as the AGEC law) prohibits the destruction of non-food unsold inventory such as clothing, shoes, beauty products&#8230; Manufacturers, distributors, and stores with unsold inventory will be required to donate or recycle it instead of incinerating it or dumping it in landfills.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
